Ask HN: California or Delaware virtual address for Delaware LLC startup?
I have a startup registered in Delaware, but we have no physical location (WFH). So, I am planning to get a virtual address from earthclassmail or virtualpostmail. Which state should I pick for virtual address? California or Delaware? Is there tax implication in picking either of these?

No tax implication for that decision, but obviously there is a tax implication for you personally regarding what state you're living in and where you'll need to pay state income tax, wage tax, whatever else.
