There's so many clauses in Apple's contract that make no sense outside of allowing Apple to make more money, that the very definition of "cheating" is way off what should be expected. I mean, preventing devs from linking to their own sites to create an account to their own existing, pre-app service was forbidden. Common sense has long gone down the drain.
