I've really been wanting a nice electric car, but this scenario bothers me. You are holding the car when it goes out of warranty and you face a huge battery bill. What to do? If the battery costs as much as the car is worth? With the recent lifespan of ICE cars, they just seem better after 10+ years for this reason.
