The motivation for prison for a significant portion of US population is punishment not rehabilitation
- Sohcahtoa82 5y agoYeah, and then they look like Surprised Pikachu when someone gets out of prison not only with no education, but into a world where potential jobs will reject them because they've been convicted of a crime, and they have to resort to going back into crime to survive.
