Eh? Lions Mane doesn't have any psychedelic or psychoactive effects.
- anjel 5y agoLions mane isn't psychedelic, but it's noticably psychoactive. Similar to caffeine in effect, intensity and duration without the jitters or sleep disturbance.
- GordonS 5y agoI've never heard of it having any stimulating effects; indeed, I've heard it can be helpful with sleep. Are you able to point to supporting information? In my last comment I was speaking from experience too - I tried taking it for 3 months, and never noticed any effects whatsoever.
