Doesn't get brought up much anymore, but Biden got caught plagiarizing a speech in the 80s when he was running for president in the primary. Derailed his efforts on the presidential stage for almost 30 years.

- redis_mlc 5y agoToday, I would accept any Biden speech where he could actually read the teleprompter. Bonus would be answering a couple impromptu questions afterwards. World leaders have said after meeting him that they couldn't understand a word he said. (For those in the MSM bubble, Biden is suffering from moderate senility/cognitive decline, as reported since 2012. Word is that White House staffers mute TVs when he's speaking to avoid being embarrassed by their leader. Brezhnev was also senile for the last decade of his USSR presidency, but that was to maintain party stability and was approved by several senior leaders, including Gromyko.)
