Different people may have different definitions of "ready to use". For me, pipewire works mostly great; it fixes more than a few issues I never could solve with pulseaudio. But pipewire-pulse has crashed more than a few times for me (though not since I last upgraded pipewire, so keeping fingers crossed that it's been fixed). I wouldn't recommend it (yet) to someone who isn't prepared to tinker.
