Sure there is. That's what amendments are for.
- NoNotTheDuo 5y agoAnd in today’s political climate in the US, the chance of getting an amendment passed by 2/3 of both houses of Congress AND 38/50 states is basically nil.
- ithacaman 5y agoThat is not exactly true. Legislation like the Patriot Act or anti-child trafficking measures get bilateral support.
