- ithinkso 5y agoI know this might seem like a joke answer but I love it because it's the truest answer. The 'speed of light' is nothing but a coefficient between seconds and meters (or in general, between units of time and units of distance and is equal to 1 in any sensible measurement system) since the spacetime in GR is unified
