Epic owes Apple 30% of what they collected via their own in-app purchases. While Apple will have to eliminate their anti-steering rules, they don't even have to let Epic themselves back into the app store. So Epic got nothing. Less than nothing. They have less today than they would have had they never updated their app in violation of their contract. Apple did lose something, a small thing, but that's not a win for Epic.
