- linksnapzz 5y agoIt's not propaganda, either, unless propaganda is held to mean "entertainment that makes a point I'd prefer not be made". YM was created & distributed by the BBC, a government apparatus staffed by the same civil servants and politicians that the show is ostensibly propagandizing against. How effective could it possibly be, and still make it on the air?
