Protecting life breaks fugitive slave law? What? Which part of the Constitution is involved here?
- zrail 5y agoIt's more that the structure of the law is very similar to the fugitive slave laws, which were ruled unconstitutional.
- readflaggedcomm 5y agoOkay, I see now that Prigg v PA ruled that freeing slaves is tantamount to murder.
