Would be a lot better to reduce the number of cows... I'm doing my part, I'm eating less meat. It reminds me of people that work out to loose weight... much easier to reduce the amount of calories you take in.

I don't understand this attitude towards exercise. You'll be healthier if you work out and weigh XXXlbs than if you sit on your ass and weigh the same.

  of course you need exercise to stay healthy... I was strictly speaking about weight loss.
