I do a session with new hires and teams on their working preferences. I’m publishing the doc to the net in the next few days at www.workingwithme.com
It’s informal and you discuss topics such as feedback, communication, likes/dislikes.
It’s helped a lot to learn everyone’s similarities and differences in an hour vs several months.
- zizee 5y agoThat's an interesting point, trying to accommodate a new hires preferences into an existing teams flow. The reverse is often the expectation, but a healthy team is made up of many members, so accommodating individual needs is going to be important. I look forward to reading the doc. Perhaps you could post a link when it is published?
