This is not correct. Comirnaty is Biontechs very similar vaccine. They are legally very different. Comirnaty is approved for ages 16 and above. Like any other medicine, you have recourse to the courts if it doesn't work as advertised. Also, you may be mandated to take this one as it is fully approved. The Pfizer one is approved under emergency use for ages 12 and above. Under the emergency use, Pfizer is not subject to any lawsuits or other civil actions. You cannot be legally mandated to take this one. If you look at the press release, the FDA muddles the distinction between the two, but they are legally not the same thing, which is a very important distinction.
