- throwaway4good 5y agoThis is probably too spicy for HN. But very courageous reporting by NY Times especially here on 20 years for 9/11. A lot of self-censorship in established western media due to its dependency on access. Another big story is exactly what happened when the 13 US solidiers got killed a few days prior.
- CraigJPerry 5y agoI’m blown away by the journalism on show here, i’ve seen some really bad journalism on NYT but this is not that. That said, this link insta-bombed off the front page of HN, i assume you found this only via an rss feed. It seems nyt is shadow banned on HN which I didn’t know until today!
