Unless Texas manages to repeal the 1st Amendment, they won't succeed in telling private companies what to publish.
- mrguyorama 5y agoWith the supreme court recently declining to take a strong, upfront stance on the obviously bad texas abortion bill, I don't think it's safe to rely on precedent and actual constitutionality anymore.
- BlueParanoia 5y agoAFAIK, the rejection to review the abortion bill by SCOTUS was a procedure issue and not made on the merits of the case itself
