How is taxing soda, beer related to mandatory vaccines?

  Reduces the likelihood of unhealthy outcomes. Excessive consumption of soda and beer have negative health consequences, and taxing them could lower consumption. It also doesn't have the contagious element that viruses do, but if you only care about the individual impact it's still a defensible position.
