That's a good thing. No one should be testing nuclear weapons.
- Dah00n 5y agoIf you test and gain knowledge and then work to ban testing you are part of the problem. If the US wants to stop others from testing it needs to share all gained knowledge freely or accept it opened pandora's box and cannot shut it again.
