She's effectively policing everyone (her coworkers can't lookup the specs of a rifle, the company should stop using some common business terms because they're offensive, etc.) Yet when it comes to her listening to someone else's feedback (not sounding as if she's asking questions when she's not during a presentation) that's tone-policing and she can't tolerate it. So much hypocrisy.
