Yeah I've used some similar tools before in the past too. The frustrating thing is that 1. they usually have some free tier + some paid tier, and the free tier is never quite enough to do what you want. 2. They always seem to require account creation. I'm not super interested in building this tool for large engineering teams, but more for a hackathon type project.
