- nabla9 5y agoGuillain-Barré syndrome aka GBS is listed also in annualized influenza shot as possible vaccine injury. Triggering auto-immune disease is one of those things one can expect to happen with vaccines. The question is not if, but how frequently. In most vaccines GBS happens so rarely that it makes no difference. Natural influenza is much bigger risk than very rare vaccine injury.
