- qiqitori 5y agoI got one about 2.5 months ago. (Called "Novete" in the US, AINX in Japan -- names in other countries may vary.) It works pretty well, but there's no pre-wash cycle. "Finish" tabs sometimes left behind a thin oil film on all dishes when the dishwasher was at full capacity. I obtained a reportedly better detergent now (only available locally), not tabs but powder, and am using more, or less, depending on how full the dishwasher is, and haven't had any problems since. The tray is showing some discoloration -- maybe using too much detergent? There is some very minor leakage when the door is open -- the rubber has become slightly loose at the edge. Pushing it in a bit after opening the door effectively fixes the problem. Doesn't look like it could turn into a problem while actually in use. I really like that I don't have to bend over in order to load/unload it. Inspecting it to search for potential problems is very easy too -- maybe I wouldn't have been able to decide whether the minor leakage I mentioned above was a major problem or something that can be mostly ignored. I also really like that the door is see-through. You can easily tell what objects is causing noises or if the rotors are rotating properly. I use it every day, so probably 100 times already at this point. I wish it was more programmable, but it's very set in its ways. I fill up the tank manually, and the drain hose leads into a bucket. Also wish it was a bit quieter.
