Anything that opens with the word "manifesto" and uses words that mimic critical theory like "post-materialist" immediately has me worried. The material world is the domain of scientific inquiry. There is a good reason for this since it is the domain of the falsifiable. This doesn't mean that other domains are not important, just that that do not fall in the framework of hard science. I smell an agenda.
