I had the same idea. I have been helping refugees that were coworkers back when I was in Afghanistan. They are all employable and competent in freelance work. Right now they lack the basics (Internet, laptop). I plan to provide them with what they need as soon as their local government (in this case, France) let them work. PM me if you want to share ideas.
