- ceejayoz 5y agoWhich is exactly what you would do if you were part of said scheme to siphon off money, or at least paid off by its participants.
- chrisseaton 5y agoEven the Belgian government bought them - it's not like it was just less educated countries.

- glenneroo 5y agoA friend of mine was in the Marines and witnessed a guy blow his hand off after someone else bet him that he wouldn't hit a 50mm round with a hammer.
