- raffraffraff 5y agoHaving a husband/wife who phones you up and says, "get home now, it's late" is a great thing. It might feel annoying at the time because you're "so close to getting this done!", but its a bad habit, and in those situations the work is rarely ever done. Quarter to quarter there's always gonna be a deadline. My wife always expected a high standard from me, ie: "I didn't marry an empty chair", and she was 100% correct.
