Is anyone buying this? It seems one parties strategy to win elections revolves around paying teenagers to harass their grandparents and neighbors to sign up for and vote. At what point does it become voter harrassment? After the 3rd non profit knocks on grandma's door? The 10th? If someone doesn't want to vote, they don't want to vote.
