Monaco does not have an income tax and I believe it's located in Europe, in a rather nice part of Europe.
- namdnay 15y agoMonaco is quite nice, if you're willing to live in a flat. If you want a nice garden, maybe a few trees and a pool, you can pretty much forget it.
