- dangerboysteve 5y agoI imagine the use of Apple Pay in other countries where tap to pay is the norm would be very high. I use Google pay for just about everything.
- lax4ever 5y agoYeah, considering how long it has taken the US to adopt PayWave tech that Canada and Europe have been using for almost a decade now, this doesn't really surprise me.
- yuppie_scum 5y agoI just don’t think that swiping or chipping a card is all that big a deal to anybody in the US yet. Maybe as more things like transit or Starbucks start to accept tap payment, people will get more excited about it. It’s also a pain in the ass to unlock with a mask if you use Face ID usually.
