- pclmulqdq 5y agoIt is illegal, but that doesn't stop people from doing it. In the US, things like this have to go to court to actually be struck down, and there haven't been any sympathetic plaintiffs suing over these laws yet. When "positive discrimination" makes it before a judge, it usually gets stuck down.
