- tmaly 5y ago> The draft legislation imposes a duty of care on digital service providers to moderate user-generated content in a way that prevents users from being exposed to illegal and/or harmful stuff online. I could see many platforms blocking UK citizens rather than having to take on this responsibility. Alternatively, platforms could also ignore it. For those platforms in the UK, they have little choice.
