Twitter’s new Safety Mode autoblocks abusive accounts
- rektide 5y agoits unfortunate that we are entirely reliant upon enterprises to custom craft defensive tools for us, that it's near impossible to defend ourselves. but still, sounds like- finally- there's some potentially good news on the moderation/defense front, somewhere on the internet. still, just a pity we are so entirely reliant on services, so incapable of establishing & developing our own defenses. i fear what happens if we remain purely reliant upon the large powerful entities to moderate our traffics.
