OK, fair enough: should buddy punching be a criminal offense? Hopefully our jails have room for 16% of the US hourly workforce.
- whateveracct 5y agoThis question seems to stem from some assumption that the employer-employee relationship is perfectly symmetrical and therefore both sides should be litigated the same. Employers should get prosecuted harsher because they have the power.
