Under EU Directive 2009/136/EC a user's permission is required before Arc can store any data in their browser.
Is Arc obtaining that permission, or just looking for forgiveness by allowing users to Opt-Out?
- MrStonedOne 5y agoGonna have to specify a section/article of the directive you are referring to to get an answer from op/the creators. They aren't gonna read a thousand page directive to answer a question about legalities on a hacker news forum.
