Covid and the vaccine are two different things. They aren't equivalent. Also, covid kicked my ass the first time around. With covid, the viral loads you are exposed to are variable. With the vaccines, the amount of spike protein you are exposed to has potentially higher minimum. But it's all variable. Maybe the vaccine will have no adverse effects, maybe covid exposure will be just a normal cold. If I've already been exposed to either however- there is no reason for me to subject myself to that risk again.
