Real estate investors buying existing properties, without substantial capital investment into upgrades/renovations, are exactly the same as concert ticket scalpers. Their business is of little benefit to society.
- Ekaros 5y agoInvestors buying existing private properties and not replacing them with higher density housing is something I could support ban of. Ofc, there should be some limitations on pricing of new units offered.
