Wikipedia says the restriction was only for a couple weeks:

But it's very strange to me that that could go by unnoticed.
- jacobolus 5y agoCourts are slow. The court date kept getting pushed back (now scheduled in October) and so Sci-hub paused new papers for several months. But apparently Elbakyan’s lawyers have determined that the temporary restriction on uploading new materials has expired.
