General clinical doctors are barely qualified to prescribe acetaminophen. They haven't been to medical school in 30 years, don't read medical studies, and have lost their ability to learn anything new. It's just a job to them. Also, there aren't thousands of doctors doing that. If so I'd love an actual source.
