But if he were alive today, he'd probably have more ready access to music psychology and ethnomusicology perspectives and more readily get feedback from people who have answers to the questions he's posing. I'd share with people anything from Bernstein otherwise, but for music theory, these particular lectures are not what I'd recommend sharing.
