You were very clear: “ 1500 Watt at 230 Volt heat water in about 2 minutes to boiling bubbles, 100°C” when replying to a comment about a large pot of water. That’s simply not true, courtesy of thermodynamics.

In general that inductive heating stuff is good, and has excellent handling. If it doesn't it's either underpowered, defective, or used with the wrong pots. BASTA!
