Some people add negative value and it’s sometimes not clear until they step away for a couple of weeks.
- bb88 5y agoI disagree. Either you know what's going on in your directs, or you don't know. If you don't know, you shouldn't be a manager, nor should you enjoy the salary premium that a manager gets.
