If your body is strong enough to handle covid, how is it also too fragile for the vaccine?
If your friends were too fragile for the vaccine, why do you think they'd be strong enough to fight covid?
- throwaway4good 5y agoIt is clearly not as simple as that.
- kif 5y agoBased on this user's comment history, 3 deaths must have happened in the past 13 days, since they only knew of one death here: https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28256304 https://news.ycombinator.com/item?id=28256304 I have a hunch they are lying, otherwise statistically speaking we would have noticed so many deaths occurring.
- yonaguska 5y agoI learned of 3 deaths over this period, they didn't occur over the 13 day period.
- yonaguska 5y agoCovid and the vaccine are two different things. They aren't equivalent. Also, covid kicked my ass the first time around. With covid, the viral loads you are exposed to are variable. With the vaccines, the amount of spike protein you are exposed to has potentially higher minimum. But it's all variable. Maybe the vaccine will have no adverse effects, maybe covid exposure will be just a normal cold. If I've already been exposed to either however- there is no reason for me to subject myself to that risk again.
