It's a Linux/bluetooth issue not a computer vendor issue. Yes support is terrific. What mic/headphones do you use? I eventually got the Sony XM3s to play sound after a bunch of CLI commands and random Linux threads. But bluetooth mic never worked. Support recommended getting a wired mic. I figured they would know, having talked to all sorts of users.
