I was hoping not to have to go for the nuclear option. Frankly, I'd rather pay an attorney to continue the work rather than get tangled in bullshit that is a total waste of our time and money. We are busy enough developing technology.
I went with CognitionIP because of their support of Startup School participants, like us. I hope I didn't make the wrong choice. I find it interesting that nobody form YC or Cognition IP has replied to this.

- nowherebeen 5y agoA 10 minute meeting and 400+ startup per batch, YC probably doesn’t remember more than a handful of companies. I doubt they can take any responsibility if they don’t even know if a startup is from YC without someone pointing it out.
