These systems rely on the premise that catching pdos and putting them out of circulation does* protect children, since many children are abused by relatives and such. I think it's a reasonable assumption!
- only_as_i_fall 5y agoYou'd have to actually have a reasonable chance of catching pedophiles though. If the system is as trivial to bypass as turning off photo sync it isn't a very good justification.
