- nsonha 5y agoJust say you are stuck and you are unable to explain, someone then can help you with understanding what's going on. Part of being a professional is to admit it when you don know, so people can help, or not giving you hard work/close deadlines. It's really simple, whatever it is, just say it.

- random_kris 5y agoWe are in this to make money for business not in a self help place. There is place for empathy in workspace, but it must be 2 way street. You also should show some empathy and understand that I need to see some progress in my team or I feel bad
