- GabbieReagan 5y agoThat's really sad that I am not in the UK. Here I get to tax reimbursment for any house renovaiton and my costs are going to sky-rocket! Those providers are so greedy.
- auroraceiling 5y agoFully agree. Here the government could have cared a bit more about its tax payers. But I would not hold the renovation anyway. So for the pandemic times it was a really nice solution.
- nodex-alex 5y agowhat these articles fail to mention every time is the sheer level of money the royal family bring to the UK in terms of tourism each year! Granted there was not much of that during the pandemic but they do create more UK wealth than they take back.
