I did the same 20 years ago when I was a middle schooler running my websites and wanting to add features while on holidays with my family without access to any computer. It helped me to think about the conceptual side, but other than that I'd never do it again. I like to seperate planning and coding nowadays. Writing code on paper doesn't solve any problem for me, but I respect it if it does for OP or other people!
