As others here have pointed out, the goal shouldn't be to replace radiologists, but to enhance their capabilities. That is to say, pair human judgement with AI. It may not be as good as two humans making a judgement call, but it's probably better than just one. Furthermore with AI you could do this on 100% of exams, as compared to the small amount that go through peer review.
